Today is
the Lantern Festival of the Chinese. The Chinese eat balls of stuffed dumplings
(Tang-Yuan) on this day and hold lanterns in their hands tonight. So, we can
see many beautiful lanterns in China and Taiwan today.
In the afternoon,
I came back home early to do the Tang-Yuan for dinner.
The main
material of the Tang-Yuan is Glutinous Rice Flour. We use Glutinous Rice Flour
and some water to do the Tang-Yuan Pastry.
Eleni is a
ceramic potter, so she rubs Tang-Yuan's Pastry very well.
At night
Eleni tought me how to do ceramics. I made a dish.
Today I'm
very happy.
